Alujain shareholders to vote on board, audit reports on May 7

Shareholders of Alujain Corp on May 7 will review the board and auditor’s reports, as well as financial statements for fiscal year 2018.

 

They will also discuss hiring an external auditor for the current fiscal year and Q1 2020, the company said in a bourse statement on Tuesday.
