GAZT sets April 30 deadline for transfer pricing related declarations

The General Authority of Zakat and Tax (GAZT) has called on entities and companies registered for the zakat and tax related Transfer Pricing (TP) bylaws to file their declarations by April 30, it said in a statement.

 

The declaration period had started since January 1, 2019.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, GAZT approved in February the TP bylaws, aiming to implement the Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development (OEDC) and the G20’s Base Erosion and Profit Shifting recommendations.
