Budget Saudi approves 15% dividend for FY 2018

United International Transportation Co. LTD.’s (Budget Saudi) general assembly has approved a 15 percent cash dividend for the fiscal year 2018, at SAR 1.5 per share, amounting to SAR 106.75 million.

 

Shareholders have also delegated board members to distribute cash dividend for the fiscal year 2019 on a quarterly or semi-annual basis.
