Taiba Holding to vote on amending bylaws on May 14

Taiba Holding Co.’s shareholders are set to vote on amending the company’s bylaws article related to the company’s name, during the extra ordinary general assembly meeting that will be held on May 14, 2019.

 

Shareholders will also vote on amending bylaws articles related to the company’s objectives and fiscal year.
