Al Ahsa Development seeks competition authority nod on Al Salam takeover

Al Ahsa Development Co. (ADC) has filed a request to the General Authority for Competition (GAC) to approve its planned acquisition of a 100 percent stake in Al Salam Medical Services Co.

 

The public and other stakeholders are required to submit opinions on the planned merger within 15 days, GAC said in a statement on Monday.

 

Last month, ADC inked an agreement to fully acquire Al Salam for a total value of SAR 250 million, Argaam reported.
