Saudi Arabia’s labor ministry launched on Monday the Qiwa platform, which aims to promote digital transformation and improve transparency, the ministry said on its Twitter account.
The ministry conducted 100 workshops across the Kingdom in order to set up a comprehensive system to support and empower both citizens and firms through Qiwa, Ahmed Al-Rajhi, the labor minister said during the launching ceremony.
Qiwa includes 22 services, a number that will be doubled before the end of 2019, in order to help achieve a competitive and integrated labor market, he said.
Through strategic partnerships, 51,000 jobs will be nationalized in the private sector, he said, pointing out that 45,000 Saudis entered the labor market in three months.
