Almarai shareholders to elect board members on May 19

Almarai Co.’s shareholders are set to elect board members for the upcoming term starting Aug. 7, 2019, during the extraordinary general assembly meeting on May 19, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders will also vote on the formation of the audit committee for new three-year term and amending bylaws concerning the company’s objectives.
