Bonyan REIT Fund will pay a 3.68 percent cash dividend for the period from November 1, 2018 until April 30, 2019, at SAR 0.368 per unit, amounting to SAR 59.86 million, the fund manager, Saudi Fransi Capital, said in a bourse statement.
The dividend represents 3.82 percent from net assets based on the fair market value as of December 31, 2018, the fund manager added.
