Al Ahli Takaful shareholders to vote on FY18 financials on May 21

Shareholders of Al Ahli Takaful Co. (ATC) will vote on financial statements and audit report for fiscal year 2018 during the general assembly meeting that will be held on May 21, the company said in a bourse statement on Sunday.

Shareholders will also vote on the board report for the same period and discharge board members from liabilities during FY 2018.

Meanwhile, they will vote on all other items on the meeting’s agenda including the updated policies of board membership and remuneration.
