SAPTCO to withhold dividend for FY 2018

Saudi Public Transport Co.’s (SAPTCO) shareholders have approved a board recommendation to hold off on issuing a cash dividend for fiscal year 2018, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The step aims to support the company’s financial position and provide necessary liquidity to finance future projects and expansions in accordance with its strategic plans.
