Knowledge Economic City appoints new board member

Knowledge Economic City appointed yesterday Waleed Al-Issa as a non-executive board member effective immediately, the firm said in a bourse statement.

 

Al-Issa has replaced former board member Turki Al-Sudairi, who resigned on April 25, the statement said.

 

The new appointment is still pending shareholders’ approval, it added.
