Eastern Province Cement Co.’s board of directors named Mohammed bin Saad Al Faraj Al Subaiei as board chairman, effective April 30, 2019, until the end of the current term on Jan. 28, 2021, the company said in a bourse statement.
The step followed the resignation of the company’s former chairman, Abdul Mohsen Al Ruwaished, which was submitted on April 23, 2019, for health conditions.
The resignation is effective from April 30, 2019.
