Saudi Ground Services names new chairman, vice-chairman

Saudi Ground Services Co.’s (SGS) ordinary general assembly appointed on Saturday Khaled bin Qasim Al-Buainain as the chairman and Omar bin Abdullah Al-Jafri as the vice-chairman for the new three-year term that ends May 5, 2022, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The shareholders also appointed the members of the executive committee, the auditing committee, and the nominations and remunerations committee.

 

They also appointed the members of the risk management committee, and the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), the statement added.
