Al-Khodari expects to disclose FY18 financials before May-end

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. expects to issue FY 2018 financial statements before the end of May 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The contracting firm is still fulfilling some audit requirements, after accumulated losses accounted for 198.52 percent of capital.

 

Al-Khodari will announce the related financial impact, if any, in due course.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, the company said on April 29 it will likely issue 2018 fiscal results by May 20.

 

Tadawul placed on April 30 a trading halt on the company’s shares it discloses its fiscal financial statements.
