Al-Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker Co.’s (Shaker) shareholders have elected members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting on May 25, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.
The new board includes Abdulelah Abdullah Abunayyan, Musaab Suleiman Al-Muhaidib, Eid Falih Al-Shamri, Faris Ibrahim Rashid, Abdulraouf bin Waleed Al-Baitar, Francesco Toscano, Matthijs waut and Enrique Martinez.
