Raydan Cuisines to discuss rebranding in June

The Nomu-listed Raydan Cuisines and Restaurants Co. shareholders will discuss on June 18 rebranding the company into Raydan Food Co., the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders will also approve the board's report, audit report and financial statements for FY18.

 

During the meeting, board members will be discharged from liability for FY18. Additionally, shareholders will appoint a new auditor for FY19 and Q1 2020, the statement added.
