Saudi Arabia's Napco plans to go public, picks financial adviser

Saudi Arabia-based home disposables manufacturer Napco National is planning to float a share stake in an initial public offering (IPO) by year-end or 2020, Reuters has reported, citing sources.

 

The company hired Saudi Fransi Capital to advise on the deal.

 

Based in Dammam, Napco National was founded in 1956. It produces paper and hygiene products like facial tissues, feminine napkins and adult and child diapers.
