Wafa Insurance expects to disclose FY18 financials by June 30

Saudi Indian Company for Cooperative Insurance (Wafa Insurance) expects to publish FY2018 financial statements by June 30, the insurer said in a bourse statement on Wednesday.

 

Wafa Insurance was unable to publish its financial results on time as it failed to complete the related procedures.

 

It would be difficult to measure the financial impact of delaying the publication of the annual period financials, the Saudi insurer added.
