Al Sorayai to open e-voting on general meeting items today

Al Sorayai Trading and Industrial Group will open the electronic voting on the items of the company’s extraordinary general meeting (EGM), today, June 9, 2019, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The e-voting will continue until June 11, 2019, the statement added.  


Shareholders registered in Tadawulaty portal can vote online from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm, via http://www.tadawulaty.com.sa
