Saudi Kayan appoints SABIC’s new board representative

Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Co.’s board of directors approved on Tuesday to appoint Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Zahrani as a non-executive board member, representing Saudi Basic Industries Corp. (SABIC) to the board, the firm said in a bourse statement.

 

SABIC recommended Al-Zahrani to replace its representative to Kayan’s board Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Ghamdi, effective from date, for the remainder of the term which started on March 20, 2018.

 

Al-Zahrani is serving as vice-president of SABIC’s chemicals unit, and has over 22 year experience in factory operations, manufacturing and project management.
