ACIG to form new audit committee in July

Allied Cooperative Insurance Group (ACIG) shareholders will, on July 9, 2019, form a new audit committee for the term ending on May 17, 2022, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders will also determine the committee's authorities, and member bonuses.
