Saudi court postpones AlBaha lawsuit against Al Sateaa until July 17

 A Saudi court has postponed the appeal filed by AlBaha Investment and Development Co. against Al Sateaa Modern Construction Co. until July 17, 2019.

 

The decision will have no financial impact on the company, AlBaha said in a bourse statement. 

 

In September 2012, a court order was issued in the lawsuit relating to the assets swap agreement between the two companies, rejecting AlBaha’s objection to the swap.
