Arabian Aramco Total announces partial redemption of sukuk

Arabian Aramco Total Services Co.  (AATSC) said in a bourse statement it partially redeemed SAR 140.99 million worth of sukuk on June 20, representing 3.76 percent of sukuk original face value (scheduled semi-annually).

 

This came as per the redemption schedule of the CMA.

 

Subsequently, the face value of each sukuk certificate becomes SAR 71,380 and the outstanding sukuk principal is SAR 2.7 billion.
