Al Hammadi names Chairman, Vice Chairman

Al Hammadi Company for Development and Investment’s (Al Hammadi) board of directors appointed Saleh Bin Mohammad Al Hammadi as a Chairman of the board, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The board also named Abdulaziz Bin Mohammed Al Hammadi as a Vice Chairman of the board and Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Hammadi as a Managing Director.

 

The nomination and numeration as well as the audit committees were formed, and the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) were also named.
