Landmark Arabia launches retail program for Saudi nationals

Middle Eastern retail group, Landmark Arabia, announced the launch of its Retail Leadership Programme (RLP) for Saudi nationals, it said in a statement.

The newly launched program will offer the employees an opportunity to fast-track their career and take on key retail and managerial roles, the statement said.

“The program was specifically designed with the aim to fast-track the growth of our Saudi workforce,” Nisha Jagtiani, Group Director, Landmark Group said.

As a part of the year-long training program, the selected candidates will be provided with practical and experiential training by managers to improve their skills on the job.

The selection of the candidates for RLP will be completed in two different phases and will be based on experiential learning where in each employee will follow an existing manager.
