Dar Al-Arkan reappoints chairman, vice chairman

Shareholders of Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Co. on June 20 elected a new board of directors for the next three-year term, starting from June 23, 2019, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Thursday.

 

Yousef Al Shelash and Majed Al Qasim were reappointed as board chairman and vice chairman, respectively.  

 

The general assembly also approved the formation of the remuneration and audit committees, the statement added.
