Al Hammadi net profit falls 17% in 2018

Al Hammadi Company for Development and Investment reported a net profit after zakat of SAR 89.8 million for fiscal year 2018, a 16.8 percent year-on-year (YoY) decline on higher operating expenses and higher salaries driven by opening Nuzha Hospital in February last year.

 

The profit drop was also attributed by higher depreciation expenses and an increase in the cost of finance.
