Sadr Logistics Co. reported a net loss of SAR 3.8 million in 2024, compared to SAR 4.2 million in 2023.

Topline grew due to a 40.49% increase in logistics segment’s revenues, a 22.56% rise in sales in other sectors, and a slight growth in wood sales, despite a marginal dip in iron sales by 3.04%.

 

Meanwhile, the company also reported lower Zakat provision, along with a decline in selling, marketing, administrative, general and financing expenses and a decrease in investment profits and other revenues.

Q4 2024 net profit stood at SAR 3.3 million, versus a net loss of SAR 4.4 million in Q4 2023. Sequentially, the company swung to a net profit against a net loss of SAR 1.7 million in Q3 2024.
 
Total shareholders’ equity, no minority interest, stood at SAR 167.5 million by Dec. 31, 2024, compared to SAR 171.7 million a year earlier.
 
Sadr’s accumulated losses reached SAR 8.54 million as of Dec. 31, 2024, standing at 4.88% of capital.
