Alkhabeer REIT Fund will pay 2% cash dividends for the fourth quarter of 2019, at SAR 0.2 per unit, amounting to SAR 13.28 million, the fund manager, Alkhabeer Capital, said in a bourse statement.
The dividend represents 1.968% from net assets based on the fair market value as of December 31, 2019, the fund manager said.
