Yansab shareholders to vote on H2 2019 cash dividend on March 15

Yanbu National Petrochemical Co. (Yansab) will hold its ordinary general assembly (OGM) on March 15, it said in a filing to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Thursday.

 

Shareholders will vote on a 17.5% cash dividend for the second half of 2019, at SAR 1.75 per share, amounting to SAR 984.38 million.

The general meeting will mandate the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for the fiscal year (FY) 2020.

 

Additionally, the general assembly will vote on the board’s election of including Saudi Basic Industries Corp.’s (SABIC) representatives for the coming session that will extend for 3 years as of March 16, 2020.
