Advanced to vote on 6.5% cash dividend for Q4 2019 on March 31

Advanced Petrochemical Co.’s shareholders will vote on a 6.5% cash dividend for Q4 2019, at SAR 0.65 a share, during the general assembly meeting to be held on March 31.

 

Shareholders will also vote on authorizing the board of directors to pay semi-annual and quarterly dividend for 2020, the company said in a bourse statement on Sunday.

 

In September 2019, the Saudi firm increased its capital from SAR 1.97 billion to SAR 2.16 billion via a 10% bonus share issue.
