Southern Province Cement Co.’ shareholders will vote on April 5, 2020 on the board’s proposal for distributing a 22.5% cash dividend, or SAR 2.25 per share for H2 2019, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

The general assembly will also vote on authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a quarterly or biannual basis for fiscal year 2020.
They will also endorse the financial results, the board and auditor’s reports for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2019.
