Baazeem to discuss FY19 cash dividend at 16% on April 16

Baazeem Trading Co.’s shareholders will discuss the board's recommendation on paying cash dividend at 16% of capital, or SAR 1.6 a share, totaling SAR 16.20 million, for FY2019 during the company's ordinary general meeting slated for April 16, the company said in a bourse statement.
