SISCO shareholders to vote on 6% dividend for FY2019 on April 13

Saudi Industrial Services Co.’s (SISCO) shareholders will vote on the board’s proposal for distributing a 6% cash dividend, or SAR 0.60 per share, for 2019, during the extraordinary general assembly (EGM) to be held on April 13, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.
