Saudi Cement to vote on 20% dividend for H2 2019 on April 21

Saudi Cement Co.’s shareholders are set to vote on a 20% cash dividend for the second half of 2019 (SAR 2 per share), during the general assembly meeting that will be held on April 21, 2020.

Shareholders will also vote on delegating the company’s board of directors to distribute cash dividend for the fiscal year 2020 on a quarterly or a semi-annual basis.
