Al Rajhi Bank’s shareholders approved the board’s recommendation to distribute a 15% cash dividend, or SAR 1.5 per share, for the second half of 2019, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on March 29.
Shareholders also authorized the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2020 and approve maturity and payment date based on the regulatory procedures issued under the Companies Law.
