Saudi Arabia Fertilizers Co.’s (SAFCO) shareholders approved the board’s recommendation to distribute a 15% cash dividend, at SAR 1.5 per share, for the second half of 2019, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held March 29, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
Shareholders also authorized the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual and quarterly basis for 2020.
Moreover, shareholders approved electing board members for the 3-year term, started March 29.
They also approved the formation of the audit committee, its duties, and members’ remuneration.
