National Commercial Bank’s (NCB) shareholders approved a 12% cash dividend for the second half of 2019, at SAR 1.2 per share, amounting to SAR 3.6 billion, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on March 31.
Shareholders also authorized the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2020.

In addition, shareholders approved the repurchase of the bank’s shares with a maximum of 3.98 million shares to be allocated to the Executive Long-Term Incentive Plan (ELTIP) .
The board of directors was delegated to complete the repurchase during a period not exceeding 12 months from the date of the approval, provided to be financed from the bank's net profits and shares repurchased are kept no longer than 5 years from the repurchase date.
