Derayah REIT distributes 1.87% cash dividend for Q1 2020

Derayah Financial announced the distribution of 1.87% cash dividend to Derayah REIT Fund unit holders for the first quarter of 2020, at SAR 0.187 per unit, amounting to SAR 20.06 million, according to a bourse statement.

 

The dividend represents 2% of net assets based on the fair market value as of Dec. 31, 2019, the fund manager added.
