Alkhabeer REIT Fund will pay a 2% cash dividend for the period from Jan. 1 until June 30, 2020, at SAR 0.2 per unit, amounting to SAR 13.29 million, the fund manager, Alkhabeer Capital, said in a bourse statement on Wednesday.
The dividend represents 2.324% of net asset value (NAV) as of Dec. 31, 2019.
Unit holders registered by the end of trading on July 28 are eligible to receive the dividend.
The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the record date, the fund manager added.
