Amlak International shareholders to vote on 7.5% dividend on Sept. 30

Shareholders of Amlak International for Real Estate Finance Co. are set to vote on a 7.5% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2019, at SAR 0.75 per share in the extraordinary general meeting that will be held on Sept. 30, 2020, according to a bourse filing.

 

Amlak shareholders will also vote on amending the company’s articles of association with respect to incorporation, the company name, objectives, share issuance and trading, share buyback, capital increase and decrease, as well as loans, bonds, sukuk and debt instruments.   

 

Shareholders will also vote on amending the relevant articles accordingly.

 

Amlak shareholders will participate and vote on the meeting agenda items through Tadawulaty system as of Sunday, Sept. 27, 2020, as per the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) circular issued on March 16, in line with the government’s efforts to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
