SEDCO Capital said it will pay cash dividend at 1.25%, or SAR 0.125 per unit to SEDCO Capital REIT Fund unit holders for the period starting July 1, 2020, to Sept. 30, 2020, as of Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2020, according to a bourse statement.
The dividend represents 1.30% of the net asset value, according to the latest financial statements as of June 30, 2020, the fund manager added.
