Alkhabeer REIT Fund will pay a 1.5% cash dividend for the period from July 1 until Sept. 30, 2020, at SAR 0.15 per unit, amounting to SAR 15.45 million, the fund manager, Alkhabeer Capital, said in a bourse statement on Thursday.
The dividend represents 2.59% of net asset value (NAV) as of June 30, 2020.
