Jadwa REIT Saudi to pay 1.8% dividends for Q3 2020

Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund will pay 1.8% cash dividends to unit holders for the third quarter of 2020, at SAR 0.18 per unit, amounting to SAR 28.44 million, Jadwa Investment, the fund manager, said in a bourse filing on Monday.

 

Cash dividends account for 1.61% of the fund’s net asset value based on fair value as of June 30, 2020.
