SEDCO Capital announced the distribution of 1.25% cash dividend to SEDCO Capital REIT Fund unit holders for the period starting Oct. 1, 2020, to Dec. 31, 2020, at SAR 0.125 per unit, according to a bourse statement.
The dividend represents 1.30% of the net asset value, according to the latest issued financial statements as of June 30, 2020, the fund manager added.
