Al Moammar board recommends 25% bonus issue, 11% cash dividend for H2 2020

Al Moammar Information Systems Co.'s (MIS) board of directors recommended a 25% capital increase to SAR 250 million through issuing one bonus share for every 4 shares held, the company said in a bourse statement. It also recommended distributing 11% cash dividend for the second half of 2020, at SAR 1.1 per share, amounting to SAR 22 million.
