National Learning shareholders approve 8% cash dividend for FY 2019/20

National Co. for Learning and Education’s (NCLE) shareholders approved the board’s recommendation to distribute 8% cash dividend, at SAR 0.80 per share, for the fiscal year ending Aug. 31, 2020, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held Jan. 13, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.

Shareholders also authorized the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual and quarterly basis for the fiscal year ending Aug. 31, 2021. 

 

Moreover, shareholders approved electing the following board members for the three-year term, starting Feb. 28, 2021.

 

-Khalid bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Khudair

-Ibrahim bin Abdulrahman Al-Derea

-Abdul Aziz Hamoud Al-Thiab

-Abdul Aziz Mohammed Al Swailem

-Saad bin Abdulaziz Al -Hoqail

-Nawal bin Mohammed Al-Ghunaiman (representative of the Public Pension Agency)

 

They also approved the formation of the audit committee, its duties, and members’ remuneration, and they are:

 

-Mohammed Bin Farhan Bin Nader

-Khaled Bin Saad Al Sabti

-Abdul Aziz Mohammed Al Swailem
