Astra Industrial shareholders to vote on 7.5% cash dividend for 2020 on April 11

Astra Industrial Group shareholders will hold an ordinary general assembly meeting, on April 11, 2021, to vote on the board of directors’ recommendation on distributing a 7.5% cash dividend, or SAR 0.75 per share, for the fiscal year 2020.
