SABIC Agri-Nutrients Co. set April 11, 2021, for its ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) to vote on board of directors’ recommendation to distribute 10% cash dividend for the second half of 2020, at SAR 1 per share, the company said in a bourse statement.
