Herfy shareholders to vote on 10% cash dividend for 2020 on April 25

Herfy Food Services Co.’s shareholders will vote on the board of directors' recommendation on the distribution of cash dividend at 10% of capital, or SAR 1 per share, totaling SAR 64.68 million for 2020, during an ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) to be held on April 25, 2021.
